Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please check your spam/junk folder or contact us if you don't receive these emails.

We do not currently offer international shipping—Gleam Supps is available for delivery within Australia only.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot make changes once your order has shipped.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount (excluding shipping fees) and you'll need to place a new order with the correct details.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@gleamsupps.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within 7 days.

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at support@gleamsupps.com. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
